RGC CAMP ... participants!
In recent weeks, there was a seven-day star-level jiu jitsu ...! The Rio Grappling Camp is dedicated to all members of the RGC than other groups of friends who wanted to spend a few days to roll on the mat in a farmhouse on the outskirts of Ferrara.
Four black belts, IL Mestre Roberto De Moraes "risada" Atalla, the giant Marius Koziej, our blue Bernardo Serrini for the RGC and the veteran Fabrizio Manzo, were supervisors of a rally based on friendship, healthy sweat and exchange of good techniques, seasoned by a daily sparring of high standing .
The budget was very positive, we saw very interesting and effective techniques, in-style "real jiu jitsu" I like it and it's got to fight with great athletes, friends who share one passion that month after month growing and becoming more competitive and skilled in the suave.
We have also seen steps, loops, and are especially honored and delighted to celebrate the delivery of more than deserved purple belt to his friend and training partner Max De Michelis, who along with me pursuing the course in La Spezia, always adding a knowledge technical / tactical level even higher: very good Max, we will bring together over break at high levels, I'm sure!
Meanwhile, the season starts and objectives, is an obligation, must be more ambitious!
