- Time school. The decree provides for mandatory 24 hours removing the old 16 40. Any extensions to the "full time" to return to 40 hours, which was also discussed with the unions, it is unclear whether it will be after school or an extension of the mandatory 24 hours in which the master class will continue to carry out the program.
